Board the M/V Makai and settle in the cushy comfort of the upper deck as we cruise to the evenings Manta site.  Enjoy the scenic Kona coast as your crew pampers you with snacks and beverages.  Upon arrival, move to the lower “wet” deck and prepare for the experience of a lifetime as you anticipate the arrival of the evenings entertainment, the giant Kona Manta Rays.

Manta Rays often swim within inches of our guests as they hold on to our specially designed “Circle of Light” viewing frame. This frame allows Manta Rays to swim up in front our guests not just under them. This not only gives our guests the opportunity for a better view of the Mantas, it also allows for a safer encounter for theMantas.  Human contact such as accidental kicking of Mantas or touching Mantas, is greatly reduced.

After your Manta experience, return to the Makai’s warm dry upper deck to share your experience with the other guests.  Sit back on the return cruise and enjoy complimentary snacks, hot coffee,
sodas even Mai Tias.  Additional beer, wine and mixed drinks are available for purchase.

Blue Sea Cruises operates directly from the Kailua Pier across from the King Kamehameha Hotel. You may use the hotel address for your gps device to find the pier.

Cancellations within the 48 hours may incur a $20 per person booking fee, charged to the credit card holding the reservation.
